当店は少し変わった、古民家のモーニングと茶粥が食べられる家族経営のカフェです。
券売機で食券を買ってもらい、テーブルでオーダーシートを書いてもらうシステムです。
サービスはありません。
それは、何年も飲食店で働いてきた店主が行き着いた今の時代にあったカフェです。
わざと不自由な空間を作ることにより、幅広い年代の方がくつろげる空間や、コミュニケーションが生まれると考えています。
OUR CAFE'S POLICY
Our cafe is traditional architecture.
You can order western style breakfast and
Cyagau(traditional local tea rice gruel)
Our system is little difficult and curious.
First you have to buy ticket and write order
sheet by yourself.
then serve yourself from selfbeverage corner.
Why our cafe is so hard work to customer?
It is 3 reason.
1.Difficult situation make communication between customer each other. you can imagine first trip at foreign country.
2.It related with Japanese economy.
Food price is really cheep compare with personnel expenses. it is unbalance in Japan.
3.Owner's son have a dawn's syndrome.
Sometime he want work with his son.
So he make place which handicap person usual working like a normal.
